This pose is really great for opening your chest and stimulate the nervous system.  Giving you greater flexability in your neck and spine and can help with abdominal organ discomfort.

Yoga Monday : Flow sequence for the splits

I'm taking a little different direction this morning.  Since I've just recently been hired to coach children's gymnastics I've been trying to get myself in gymnastics order.  So today, I am sharing a flow sequence for adding flexibility to accomplish your left, right and center splits.  Have fun!
