Yoga Monday:Eagle Pose

Phew....I have no idea what day of the week it is anymore.  My parents have been visiting and my schedule has gotten all outta whack.  But here it is, last minute or not. Yoga Monday.

Eagle Pose (Garudasana):
This pose feels great.  It stretches your upper back, delts and shoulders and it strengthens the quads.
